COTC Cover
COTC, WAMITAB or TCM (technically competent management) cover. It is a legal requirement for permitted waste sites to have a technically competent person to meet the minimum attendance time on a site so that any risks to the environment are properly managed. We are certified to Transfer Level 4 (Transfer Station taking Hazardous Waste) and are available for short term, intermittent and long term site cover, We are able to offer regular scheduled monitoring of closed Landfill sites to include gas monitoring boundary fencing & other monitoring as determined by the site permit/Licence.
Budgets
Using existing data we are able to assist in generating budget models and forecasting tools to help steer and encourage the business to grow. We have extensive experience in setting targets and bonus schemes to encourage growth. During our 40+ years in the industry we have gained respect for our honesty and integrity so you can be assured that any information gained during this process will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
Operational KPI's
Using existing Data such as weighbridge data, machine hours clock cards etc we are able to set up meaningful and easily reproduced Operational KPI’s in order to help guide the business forward.
Operational KPI’s can include the following:
- Average Gate fees
- Processing Cost per tonne
- Production Throughput per hour
- Plant Downtime
- Recovery Rates
Tender Evaluation / Completion
We are able to provide additional resources to assist in the completion of relevant tenders, including Pre Tender Qualification, site visits, Tender completion and hopefully Tender rollout.
In addition, we are able to assist in the evaluation of completed Tenders and in the evaluation and recommendation of alternative bids.
