I am a Charted Member of the Institute of Waste Management C.I.W.M, holds a WAMITAB certificate at Level 4 High Risk Operator Competence for Managing Transfer of Hazardous Waste and a CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) for National Road Haulage Operations.
With £1,000,000 of public liability cover and professional indemnity cover, I am fully licenced with the Environment Agency as a Upper Tier waste Carrier, Broker & Dealer, registration number CBDU386016.
We can help with tenders and cost models, we have extensive knowledge and a proven track record of winning tenders, from site surveys, evaluation, pricing and submission.
We have has extensive experience of acquisitions, from discreet initial enquiries, due diligence audits through to final integration.
Pay by weight - We have extensive experience of pay by weight systems both the good & the bad and have been instrumental in the incorporation of these systems into various operational systems.
Planning Applications - We have a large network of contacts, so are able to call on other experts in fields such as planning, site permitting, fire plans, Environmental impact assessments and WAMITAB training.
Site KPI’s - We are able to incorporate existing systems and procedures to develop meaningful Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) in order to monitor improvements and direct resources to site improvements to include recovery rates, plant performance and downtime figures.
